I offer myofascial bodywork sessions that incorporate breathing methods, cupping mobilization, and myofascial manual mobilization to help your body realign and release physical & emotional tension. I believe in the movement and transfer of energy and these sessions are designed to facilitate that. You should imagine the setting to be more like a therapeutic massage. Each session involves some sort of lymphatic drainage brushing or hands on flushing to help you recover for days after your session.
These sessions are not passive and require your participation to maximize our impact so please send me the answers to the questions on the booking page upon booking your appointment. This is necessary to confirm your reservation.
