Till this day, movement, play, exercise, & sports form a core part of my being. It is my favorite way to tune into myself, to express myself, and to share that energy with others. Over the last 15 years, it has been a great pleasure to work with and help enhance the lives of a plethora of in person (Maryland) and recently my online clients.

I bring a focused and technical approach to your training and programming based on your movement, your habits, your body, and your goals, and the equipment you have access to. Whether you are one of my high school athletes or one of my general population clients, training with me will always focus on movement quality, your weaknesses, and your needs.

My goal has always been to help bring awareness, solutions, and progress to key elements of your life and training that are focused on longevity, strength, and the individual differences inherent to each of us.

Bring me your goals, any metrics and data you have used in the past year and I will build a training cycle that fits your goal/s in 3 month increments or longer.

I offer myofascial bodywork sessions that incorporate breathing methods, cupping mobilization, and myofascial manual mobilization to help your body realign and release physical & emotional tension. I believe in the movement and transfer of energy and these sessions are designed to facilitate that. You should imagine the setting to be more like a therapeutic massage. Each session involves some sort of lymphatic drainage brushing or hands on flushing to help you recover for days after your session.

These sessions are not passive and require your participation to maximize our impact so please send me the answers to the questions on the booking page upon booking your appointment. This is necessary to confirm your reservation.
